This course was created to help entrepreneurs start to take control of their finances and truly gain an understanding and basic knowledge of the most essential financial aspects of running a business.

Whether you are just starting out and feeling overwhelmed by all the finance things or you have been at this for awhile but just don't grasp the financial aspects the way they have been explained to you in the past by your accountant or bookkeeper, this course will help.

During this course you will

Identify your Money Personality and Money Mindset Blocks

Every enrollee receives a 30-minute call to cover your money personality and mindset blocks with tips to shift those to get the most out of the entire course content.

CFO Habits for Success

These habits are the exact habits Mandy used to pull herself and her business out of near bankruptcy (she still uses these habits today in all of her businesses.) You will receive a copy of her Financially Focused Journal which will walk you through these habits daily throughout the 12 week course.

Expense Management

Identify where, why and how much you are spending on your business. This can allow many entrepreneurs to save money right away and be more intentional with their spending.

You didn't think I'd skip budgets did you?

During week 4 we spend some time creating budgets that will help you map out and identify exactly how to reach your financial goals. With a really simple process of doing this, budgets become not only a guide, but a projection of what you are striving for.

Pricing for Profitability

During week 5 we start to understand how your pricing is helping or hurting your goals as well as identifying how your money mindset and money personality may be sabotaging you. Pricing adjustments are the easiest way to become profitable.

Reports - all the things

If you use online software I will show you how to get your reports. If you are a spreadsheet user, you will get a formatted profit and loss template to use. Either way, we will review what those reports mean, how to interpret the financial health of your business and what to look for when reviewing these with your accounting team.
